Information on your PiBu Box delivery
When do I receive my box?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away! Your box will be prepared, packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. PostNL will take care of you package.
How do I track the shipment?
Once your box has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking link. Simply click on the PostNL tracking code to monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep! You can also use the Shop App to track your PiBu Box.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we are shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge, for orders from Belgium we charge € 2,99.
