How do I return my box?

Returning your item is simple! Just sign in (top right corner of the homepage) with the email you used for your purchase. You will receive a 6-digit code via mail to login. From there, find your order and click 'Request Return' to begin. Once your return is approved, you'll get detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without a prior return request can't be accepted.

What is your return policy? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your box to request for a return. You will receive a full refund (including the initial shipping costs if applicable). However, the cost of returning the item to the webshop is your responsibility.

For a successful return, please ensure that the products, along with all accessories, freebies, and samples (if applicable), are unused and in their original condition and packaging. After we receive the returned products in good condition, we will refund the order amount within 14 days.

What is excluded from the right of return?

If products have been opened or used, they cannot be returned.

We do not refund individual items from our PiBu boxes.

Where will my refund be transferred to? 

We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process from the date we receive your PiBu box at our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to 5 days longer for your refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Who will pay for the shipping?

You are responsible to return the box yourself, we do not provide you with a shipping label.
